Tairua Campground - Facilities
Kitchen, Barbecues & Dining
The main kitchen is fully equipped with:
- electric ovens
- fridge-freezers
- microwaves
- toasters
- dish washing sinks
- cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and utensils
The water from the taps is town supply, tested and good for drinking.
The guest barbecue area has three gas BBQs and outdoor table settings, located opposite the main kitchen.
Toilets and Showers
Showers are located in the amenities block. There is a $2 coin charge for a 7-minute hot shower.
Campervan Facilities
A Dump Station is available on site, located outside the main ablution block.
Laundry
We have a fully equipped laundry room with $2 coin-operated washing machines and clothes dryers.
Fish filleting bench
We have a fish filleting bench located outside the main block of facilities for all our guests to fillet their catch of the day.
Internet
Free Wi-Fi is available for all our guests.
Family Entertainment
Our games room has a smart TV and pool table, plus we have plenty of outdoor games available to use from the office.
Fishing rod hire
Come down to the office to enquire about hiring a fishing rod so you can cast a hook out from the wharf.
